Hindus spend too much money on Garlands
Many Hindu organisations are far too engrossed in collecting
money for flowers for offering to the murtis of gods Gurus and others.
The amount that has to be spent on garlands of flowers is
frightening.
Does the god/guru they worship demand this?
Do they really believe that the God/Guru will be pleased with so
much money spent on such trival thigns?
Yes it is trivial in comparision to feeding a hungry mouth
with that very money.
By all means make a small garland offering.
But to spend 100s of rupees, pounds or dollars is beyond
ridiculous.
Your views welcome.
Hindus empower yourself.
Krishna said “If one offers Me with
love and devotion a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I will accept it.”
